Check-In & Check-Out Policy
To allow adequate time for housekeeping, room preparation, and sanitization, the following timings apply:

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
Additional charges may apply for extended occupancy.
All adult guests must present a valid Government-issued photo identification at check-in.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
Unregistered visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms without prior approval from management.

Pet Policy
Rudra Imperial Resort does not welcome pets with prior approval from management.
Pet Charges
Small Dogs: ₹900 + Applicable Taxes per Stay
Large Dogs: ₹1,250 + Applicable Taxes per Stay
Pet Guidelines
Pets must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times.
Leash control is mandatory whenever pets are outside the guest room.
Owners are responsible for ensuring pets do not disturb other guests.
Additional cleaning and sanitization requirements may attract extra charges.
Any damage caused by pets to rooms, furniture, linen, fixtures, lawns, landscaping, or resort property will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
Management reserves the right to restrict or withdraw pet access if necessary for guest comfort, safety, or hygiene.
Swimming Pool Rules
The swimming pool is a recreational facility intended for the enjoyment of all guests. For safety reasons, the following rules must be observed.

Proper swimwear is mandatory.
Guests must shower before entering the pool.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Running, diving, rough play, and unsafe activities are prohibited.
Glassware, smoking, and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the pool area.
Guests must follow all instructions issued by resort staff.
Management reserves the right to deny pool access for safety or operational reasons.
Cancellation & Reservation Policy
We understand that travel plans may occasionally change. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance guest flexibility with reservation commitments.
Cancellation Terms
More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding applicable payment gateway charges).
Between 3 and 7 days before arrival: 50% booking retention.
Less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% booking retention.
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
Date modifications are subject to room availability and management approval.
Separate cancellation terms may apply to wedding, banquet, conference, and special event bookings.
Outside Food & Beverage Policy
To maintain food safety standards and operational efficiency, outside food and beverages are generally not permitted within the resort premises.
Exceptions
The following may be allowed with prior approval:
Infant and baby food
Medically required dietary meals
Special circumstances approved by management
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the dining facilities, restaurant services, banquet catering, and event menus available at the resort.
